Make it a Hobby

Singing
I really love to sing. Everyone who lives with me probably gets tired of hearing me sing. The place where I frequently sing is inside the comfort room. Funny as it may sound, that is the only place I know for now where I can see and hear my full potential as a singer.




 
Dancing and workouts
Aside from singing, I also love to dance and workout. It is how I usually relieve stress. 
 



Meditation
At an early age, I discovered that meditating first thing in the morning empties my mind and allows my brain to function properly throughout the day.



 
Journaling
Before I go to sleep, especially when something is bothering me, I do journaling and write all the unwanted thoughts inside my diary. I also practice gratitude because whenever I'm feeling sad I might want to look at all the things that I have to be greatful for.
