Rating my all time favorite K-drama entitled the 2 world(W)

                       The 2 Worlds
A surgical resident is pulled into the webtoon world of W, which was created by her father, and becomes entangled in a murder mystery.

I would totally rate this 10000/10 breaking the scales. This was my all time favorite K-drama.

📍Summary of the series.
In the KDrama, Kang Chul and Yeon Joo existed alternate worlds, and the webtoon in which Kang Chul appears was genuinely called "W."

Kang Chul appeared as a well-known gunslinger athlete who competed in and won the Olympics in the first episode. But soon after his victory, he had to deal with his family being shot to death by an unidentified assailant. Upon learning about the tragedy, he and the rest of Korea began to suspect him of being responsible for his own family's deaths. Many thought he was the one who had committed the crime. After being imprisoned for a number of years, he was eventually found not guilty—though some continued to hold that belief.

Kang Chul became wealthy and influential in society, which allowed him to become the CEO of a business that fights for justice. He was persistent and determined to find the genuine perpetrator in order to bring about justice. Seeking justice for his cherished loved ones, Kang Chul rose to become a hero and protector of justice.

One day, Kang Chul was nearly out of breath on the roof of a building when someone tried to end his life.Conversely, Yeon Joo was presented as a medical beginner during her introduction. Since the majority of people thought she couldn't manage difficult situations, she wasn't given many opportunities to carry out her duties as a physician. Because her supervisor was a huge fan of the webtoon "W," Yeon Joo's father's creation of the series turned into an advantage.

Yeon Joo learned that his father was gone as the KDrama plot progressed, and when she went to his office, she noticed a monitor broadcasting the webtoon "W" on its screen. A hand that was bleeding unexpectedly emerged from the screen and quickly grabbed her in.

The scenario and the mood shifted as Yeon Joo confronted the severely injured Kang Chul within the webtoon. Even though she didn't seem to know what she was doing, Kang Chul asked her to save him, and she did so by stabbing him with a pen (insert medical reasons why such an act could save a person).

Sadly, she had to return to the real world because she was in a webtoon. She returns to her real world whenever the "to be continued" sign appears, and she didn't learn about it until the latter episodes. She was experiencing an identity crisis on the webtoon because there were no records of her or the hospital where she was working.

When Yeon Joo told Park Bong (his father’s assistant) her father about her being taken inside the webtoon, her father’s attitude changed. Yeon Joo also discovered that time in the real world was diffirent to that of the webtoon — faster for the latter and usually, Yeon Joo was gone for only 30 minutes in real world time.

Yeon Joo’s father he believed that he created a monster because all of a sudden he could no longer control what he draws or creates. The webtoon was starting to create a story of its own and it happened to be in accordance to how the character acted which was contradictory to how it should have gone in the first place.

It all began when Yeon Joo's father drew an image of Kang Chul jumping and then drowning in the Han River in an attempt to murder him. Sadly, the narrative he had drawn changed after a few hours when Yeon Joo's father became shocked and concerned when Kang Chul grabbed one of the bridge's handrails and managed to survive.

The moment Kang Chul was saved a second time, particularly by his daughter, it appeared in the webtoon he was making — similar to a comic book that readers in the real world would read. There was Yeon Joo, her name, looks, and behaviours, all clearly described. The abrupt shift in the webtoon's plot startled readers.

Yeon Joo's father made the decision to murder Kang Chul once more, but this time, he would do it by sending a nurse to his room to give him a poisoning injection. After learning of Park Bong's scheme, Yeon Joo made the decision to save Kang Chul once more, particularly after learning that the protagonist, his father, appeared to be an everyday person.

Yeon Joo stopped the nurse's attempt to murder Kang Chul by breaking back into the webtoon and racing to his room. She abruptly appeared, shocking Kang Chul because, in the webtoon, the police had started looking for her as a potential suspect for stabbing Kang Chul following the incident.

When Kang Chul attempted to interview Yeon Joo, she was reluctant to reveal the real reason behind her repeated appearances despite the danger to Kang Chul. She was unable to tell him since the real world version of the webtoon would reveal the truth, and it would be absurd to just inform him that he was a cartoon character.

After Yeon Joo left the hospital, Kang Chul began to regard Yeon Joo as the "Key to his life," which was the loveliest line I've ever heard from a Korean drama. Yeon Joo made excuses and promised to tell Kang Chul the truth when they next met.

When they reunited two months later in the world of "W" webtoons, Kang Chul had recovered from the incident and had made the decision to dump Yeon Joo. They went to a fashion boutique together to get dressed, and Yeon Joo was considering how to return to her own world while looking stunning in a black lace dress. She understood that new things had to happen for episodes to conclude. When she encountered Kang Chul outside the changing room, she decided to give him a slap. Sadly, it was ineffective, and following the humiliating smack that made my mouth drop, she kissed him before disappearing back into her own world.

The upcoming episodes held far greater curiosity. Yeon Joo's father intended for Kang Chul to be injured in a car crash once more, but because of his will to live, Kang Chul was able to save himself without Yeon Joo's assistance. He took a detour as a huge truck came toward him while driving, and then everything stopped moving (interesting fact: when the character understands that time stops and only he can move due to the strangeness of his universe and the controlling part of the author). Kang Chul and Yeon Joo reconnected. Yeon Joo, unconscious, was allowed to stay in Kang Chul's penthouse-style hotel room. Yeon Joo began rambling on about what she knew about Kang.

In an attempt to return to her own world, she committed two more insane acts: first, she exposed herself to Kang Chul wearing brassiere, and second, she called him a "saranghaeyo" even though she didn't mean it. Her only regret was that she seemed ashamed, and I couldn't stop giggling at how strange her behaviour was. Kang Chul unexpectedly kissed Yeon Joo to see whether she would disappear once more, but it was unsuccessful.

As the story goes on, Kang Chul, who was determined to discover the truth about himself, eventually lost patience and began aiming a revolver at Yeon Joo. When he shot, they both recognized that Yeon Joo could not possibly be hurt.

She was outsider in this world. Once more, Yeon Joo became unconscious by Kang Chul's unexpected move.

When Kang Chul did ask for forgiveness, they managed to get closer to one another. Before departing on a business matter, Kang Chul asked Yeon Joo that she was married. When she said, "no," to which he replied, "that's good," I felt like mentally yelling at the top of my lungs because I knew it was when the ship was going to start sailing.

Yeon Joo was reported to the police for an inquiry after she was set up by Lang Chul's secretary, So Hee, while she was still in "W."
Yeon Joo used her right to keep quiet and her right to withhold facts. Because she was defending both her identity and Kang Chul's life, she was imprisoned similarly to how he had been before and was powerless to defend herself.

She desperately wanted to return to her world, so when Kang Chul confronted her in her confinement location, she had no choice but to tell him the truth. Yeon Joo disappeared, leaving the "W" police wondering where she had gone, after declaring that Kang Chul was a character from a webtoon and that everything around him was drawn in a webtoon.

The fact really offended and upset Kang Chul, which is why he was driven to learn more about Yeon Joo's alternate reality. Everything stopped moving around him during the epiphany. He followed a path of dazzling light and discovered a massive portal that leads to the "real" world. After passing through the portal, Kang Chul found himself instantly in Yeon Joo's dimension.

The Multiuniverse between the two, the story flow, and the plot twist was ✨french kiss✨, the action part was nerveracking and would make my mind blow, this also make me cry because of some sad parts, bonus points because the main lead was so fine, the chemistry between the main leads are superv. If I would to rewatch a movie all over again even a hundred times without getting bored I would totally choose the 2 world all over again.

Respectfully yours,
Cordero, Eowyn Kimberly.
